We’re so glad you’re here, sweet friend! Below are answers to some of the most common questions our beloved community asks. If you don’t see what you need, reach out anytime we’re all ears (literally).
When will my order ship?
We pack each order with love and prayer. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before it ships out. During high-volume moments (like new launches or holidays), it may take a little longer but we promise Rory and the Holy Corg Team are on it.
When will I receive tracking?
Once your order is processed, you’ll get a tracking email. If you don’t see movement right away, no worries it may take 1–2 business days for the tracking info to update. Your joy-filled package is on its way!
My tracking is stuck or my package is lost. What should I do?
We know how frustrating that can be, sweet friend. First, try contacting your local carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS etc.) with your tracking info. If it still seems lost, email us at info@holycorg.store we’ll do our best to help resolve it with compassion and care. We typically respond within 1-2 business days.
What do I do if my item arrives damaged?
Oh no! If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at info@holycorg.store within 5 days of delivery, along with a photo and short description. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

What if my order was returned due to a wrong address?
If your order was returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, no worries! We can absolutely resend it we just ask that you cover reshipping + a small processing fee. Email us at info@holycorg.store and we’ll get it sorted fast.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! Holy Corg ships worldwide because we have no borders.
Live shipping carrier rates apply due to international pricing. Please allow 28–38 days for delivery, though it may take up to 1–2 months depending on location and customs. Customs or import fees may apply (and are the customer’s responsibility).

What’s the sizing like for your tees?
All tees are unisex for a comfy fit! For that oversized look, size up 1~2 sizes depending on your preference.

How should I wash my tees and totes?
🧺 To keep your designs looking fresh: Wash inside out on a cool setting. Air dry when possible (heat can affect DTF prints). Wash with like colors, This helps your Holy Corg gear stay joyful and vibrant longer.
How should I care for my oversized throw blanket?
🧺 Machine washable (delicate cycle)
🔥Tumble dry on low for best fluffiness
How Should I care for my bucket hat?
🧺 Spot clean gently with cold water & Let air dry to preserve the structure & designs
Can I cancel, return, or exchange my order?
Because our inventory is small and intentional, we’re unable to accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges. Thank you for understanding and supporting our joy-filled shop it means the world to us.
Will you restock designs that sell out?
Maybe! Some designs are restocked, others are one-time Holy drops. Follow us on Instagram @holycorg and join the polls we love hearing from you!
Do you offer sticker bundles?
